- 6. GO FOR A WALK AT LUNCHTIME WITH A COUPLE OF COLLEAGUES
- 7. OR BRING IN HOMEMADE TREATS FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
- 8. It doesn’t have to be a grand gesture, but PUT A LITTLE THOUGHT INTO HOW YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO CONNECT.

- 10. Jump on the front foot and seek out opportunities to challenge yourself professionally.
- 11. PUT YOUR HAND UP FOR A NEW PROJECT, Ask your manager if there’s anything additional you can take on or assist with. Show initiative and you’ll be noticed for it.

- 20. Great Work! Like the concept of paying it forward, we all feel good when we do something for or say something nice about another person.
- 21. Making other people happy is a sure fire way to create a little joy for yourself.
- 22. Acknowledge the good work of a colleague or compliment a co-worker on their outfit.
- 23. Maybe I shouldn’t say that This strategy also means TAKING A STEP BACK FROM CRITICISM
- 24. You can be kind in what you choose NOT to say as well what you do.
- 25. Above all else, if you love what you do, you’ll never have to work a day in your life.
