• 1. Guy’s Cuisine Crock Pot Lasagna By: Nathan Young @nvyoung
• 2. Everyone loves lasagna! Most people don’t have the time to make it homemade, so they buy the frozen stuff!
• 3. For the ones who makes lasagna homemade, keep it away from Garfield, or it will be all gone quickly!
• 4. The Italians are best known for classic dishes like the homemade pizza and the wide variety of pasta!
• 5. But lasagna is also a popular Italian dish! But most people don’t have the time to bake one!
• 6. What if I told you that you can make lasagna, in a crock pot, and cooks for 4-5 hours! Let’s go!
• 7. First, cook one pound of ground beef and one mild sausage roll separate. Combine the beef and sausage along with ½ cup diced onions and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
• 8. Add stuff to a pan, and add in one can of tomato sauce and ½ cup water and let simmer for 5 minutes.
• 9. In a separate bowl, combine one container (15 oz) of ricotta cheese, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, and 1 egg.
• 10. Time to start building! Start by adding 1/3 of the meat mixture on the bottom of the crock pot.
• 11. Add 5 uncooked lasagna on top of the meat mixture.
• 12. Add ½ cup of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Then repeat the steps; meat, noodles, cheese, then the rest of the meat.
• 13. To top, add ¼ cup mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup parmesan cheese. Cook lasagna on low in the crock pot for 4-5 hours. Do not cook this on high!
• 14. After cooking, cut into the lasagna and serve! Serve with some parmesan cheese on top!
• 15. Enjoy your crock pot lasagna! This was very good for Italians, and anyone else as well! In Closing
