  • 3. Photography goes beyond a simple click it will become a vehicle by which establish new and unexpected relationships with people and places "Travel and photography were the two things that have characterised my life.I studied photography, practice done and taught it. At the same time I was boosting my creativity and knowledges of the world through my travels. Either behind the house or in the Bolivian jungle My journey has always begun driven by the desire to discover, learn and photograph. A mutual love that compensate and fulfil each other. Photography that prompted me to travel and travel that allowed me to photograph. Two passions that have led me to live a active life . Full of adventures, experiences and opportunities. My training led me to graduate and specialise in visual communications, photography and photo journalism. My restlessness dragged me to discover places and indescribable realities shown only thanks to my photographs.

  • 6. 9 million people live in London. It is one of the most multicultural cities in the world and is characterised by diversity.
Looking at this characteristic with curious eyes i learnt how colourful and inspiring this metropolis is. The fallacy of London being grey has never been more incorrect. Colours are present everywhere and illuminate freshness and joy all around. The perceived impression of dull weather is well contrasted by countless personalities willing to beam their own style, or simply living their own life. Each person has a personal story, a personal background. Each of them is playing an established role in the society. Either one they have decided upon or one that has been assigned to them . Taking and sharing pictures of these random individuals in the street gives them the chance share with the viewer a small portion of their daily life.
  • 7. Since my very first step in London i was fascinated by the immense range of diversity, cultures and people living in the city. I started studying the different neighbourhoods, trying to understand where people live and what kind of culture i would find in the different parts of the city.
  • 8. I traveled around London using the best means possible for the purpose of exploration: my legs. I walked and observed. Loving street photography i was taking a myriad amount of pictures. I didn't want to interfere with my subjects, so i used to have a detached approach, looking for the decisive moment was my initial goal. I soon discovered how appropriate this environment was to practice this kind of photography.
  • 9. The more I was exploring the deeper my interest in people was growing. Somehow I wanted to show and promote the diversity i was witnessing in London

  • 11. Coming from a Fine art photography course i wanted my pictures to be natural but at the same time visibly researched.
I wanted to have a standard and a recognisable street portrait style. Full body shots, possibly i would match the colours of the outfits with the background. I wanted my subjects to look directly into the camera.
