  • 2. APPLE WWDC-2015 There is a lot of Excitement around what will come out from Apple's kitty today at Apple WWDC 2015 as there are rumors suggesting Apple will be introducing OS X 10.11 and iOS 9 along with new streaming music service and a revamped version of iTunes Radio. Updates on HomeKit and Apple Pay, including a new rewards program for the payments service are also Expected with many more.
  • 3. Apple’s Music Streaming Service According to The Wall Street Journal's sources, Apple is fully prepared to cannibalize its iTunes music downloads with its new streaming service and it plans to promote it heavily to iTunes customers.
  • 4. iOS 9 The next major iteration of iOS, expected to feature optimization and performance enhancements and might also end up announcing a new keyboard for its iPhones and iPads. iOS 9
  • 5. It's likely OS X 10.11 will continue to offer the same general design, perhaps with under-the-hood improvements and new features. - OS X 10.11 may also include a Control Center that was originally a feature rumored for OS X Yosemite. OS X 10.11 iOS X 10.11
  • 6. Apple Pay rewards program Apple may announce details about enhancements to Apple which include a rewards program for the mobile wallet service.
  • 7. Homekit Updates The platform for smart home connected products Apple announced last year. The first products that are compatible with HomeKit just went on sale this month, so we're likely to hear more about them.
  • 8. Proactive Siri A report from 9to5Mac last week suggested that Proactive, a new feature in development that uses Siri as well as Spotlight, will provide that true Now competitor.
  • 9. Apple Watch Native SDK Native developer tools for WWDC will offer developers the ability to create apps that actually run on the Apple Watch, instead of the current versions, which just run on the iPhone and beam over to the Watch’s display via Bluetooth.
  • 10. Transit Directions Apple Maps is said to finally be getting Transit directions. It’ll be great to see this arrive, especially given how useful it could be when used with the Apple Watch, which seems like a perfect vehicle for serving up expected bus and train arrival times.
  • 11. iPad Spilt Screen Mode The iPad could make you a bit more productive if it allowed multiple apps to be on screen at the same time, and this could be the year that Apple allows it.
